Final Blog Post

Recently changing my major from Communications to Esociety, I was very intrigued going into this class to learn about ESOC 211. I was slightly nervous to say the least, but now looking back at an overview of the semester, I am able to proudly say I have learned an immense amount about this course. Being that I am interested in anything within relations to digital/social media, this allowed me to learn further in depth about how collaborations are able to be created in order to form something. I have always been a huge fan of team work, which is why making collaborative projects with groups, being that out group stayed the same both times so we worked well together, was an assignment I loved to complete. Personally, I believe my progress throughout this course has only gone up from the beginning, as I was new to the major and the core classes as well as subjects within the course.I was new to the whole blogging experience which also allowed myself to open up as I talked about certain subjects discussed in class and how I have personal experiences to them. For example, my blog posts  http://keepingupwithbella.blogspot.com/2017/09/what-team.html and http://keepingupwithbella.blogspot.com/2017/09/greek-life.html were two posts that I was able to use personal experiences and find collaboration throughout them. This helped me when dealing with blogging, due to it having a more comfortable feel to it, where as I am not just typing facts I am unsure about. While having to respond to other classmates, my two best replies to blog posts I thought were interesting and factual on the information they wrote about were on the following blog posts, http://collabswithme.blogspot.com/2017/09/all-friends-people-have-on-facebook.html and http://frommythoughtstoyou.blogspot.com/2017/10/privacy-in-digital-age.html. I am very excited to see where the topics learned in this class will take me in the future.
Two students in this class that have influenced me were members of my group, Lara and Leah. They are two very well determined students who are driven to do well in this course. Listening to them and working with them has helped me as well, in learning and becoming more creative in a sense I never thought I would be like.

One students blog who I believe is to be my favorites would be http://scoleighosis.blogspot.com - Hannah's blog. When looking at it and reading about the subjects she wrote about, it is drawn out to be very organized and clean. Everything is manageable to find and intriguing to read.
